This is an excellent and timely narrative for all who want to learn how to achieve balance in their lives. As one suffering both grief and physical health challenges right now I find this instruction along with qigong and acupuncture most helpful.

This book is very readable, and has great information in it. I'm currently working towards my acupuncture degree, and many of my textbooks are based on this book and others. It's greatly improved my understanding of Classical Chinese medicine to read this as a companion to my textbooks.

I'm so glad I bought this book! It may not be 100% accurate or scholar-worthy but its still a nice and informative read. Reading Huang Di's Neijing Suwen isn't only for people who are interested in medicine, but also for helping you live a healthier lifestyle. Understanding the ideas and taking better care of yourself, as holistic as it may seem, will help prolong your youth and lead to a healthier elderly life. Once I'm finish with this book and improve my own Chinese, I'll consider reading a more scholarly/direct translation :)For now, this is more than enough for me and the English translation is easy/smooth to read. I thought it would be more broken up or corny due to cultural differences but it's actually pretty good!

Bought this for my very artistic 13 yo daughter. She's forever asking, "What should I draw?" I crossed my fingers when I ordered this, as we've tried many other books to inspire her that didn't. When I gave it to her, I was expecting a lukewarm response. However, as she thumbed through the book, she started giggling and smiling and couldn't turn the pages fast enough. I even got a spontaneous hug. She ran to the door when her dad got home to show him the book. And I think that the 642 options may just keep her inspired for a few weeks! ;) Any book that can charm a 13 yo girl is a keeper in my book!

Either the description has changed, or I didn't read it closely enough. I think I got this as a lightening deal, or an "add on", so maybe I didn't even read the description. That's on me... but also seems like it could be common (hence the three stars.) I was looking for more of a guide on how to draw those 648 small things, and thought they'd be cute additions to my doodling.IF you are looking for a list of tiny things to draw, with a space in which to draw them... ...then this book would be perfect for you. It is small enough to pop into your purse, or maybe even your inner coat pocket.I donated this to a local school, hoping they'll get use out of it.

My daughter saw this in a store and thought it was pretty neat. I found it on Amazon and purchased this as a stocking stuffer. It is a small book and the pages inside give ideas and space to draw things on a very small scale. I thought this would be good practice for my daughter as she gets stuck sometimes in "her style" without branching out and she can struggle with proportions. She hasn't used it yet but as soon as she gets some down time I'm sure she will. This is a pretty thick book and each page has space for drawing 3 to 4 items.

I am mildly disappointed with this book. Neat ideas but the book is less than half the size of the original, and it is the same price. In my mind $10 for a blank book is already a stretch anyway, but a tiny book like this? I am not keen on the tiny size, it is awkward for bigger hands, I understand that it is about tiny things, and it is quirky and cute but that does not necessarily translate into practical and enjoyable.

This is a really fun little book. It fits in my purse so I always travel with it. Great at bars or parties when the mood lulls, or while riding public transportation. I have the larger version and I was very excited when I heard it was coming out in this pocket edition.

I used to draw when I was younger and have been wanting to get back into it. This is a great little book that tells you what to draw and gives you space to draw it. It's small and would easily fit into a purse. It has some really creative prompts. I really love it!

She rides the buss to work and this tiny book she can't take with her anyplace she goes and on her lunch breaks at work she can just whip it out and draw a little. The ideas in this book are great and not to hard so you don't have to sit over it and think to much you just draw.the first day it came she drew a music box and a cats eye and a jellyfish tentacle.i want her to be creative and learn deferent new ways to draw and have fun at the same time.love this book and will be getting her the bigger ones now that I know she likes it.

Love this book! So many crazy things to draw. Some things you can draw literally and they turn out pretty funny. Pocket sized and great for a trip. I was looking for something to entertain myself while recovering from an injury and this little book provided so much fun. Every little picture you can take to whatever level you want whether its a sketch or a full on art project. Compared to other books like this, this one leaves a lot up for interpretation so i really enjoyed that.

OMGoodness. I FINALLY found time to sit and read through this new book Easy Keto Desserts. (I bought the Kindle Version, I always buy Kindle Version books, but I MAY also order the hard copy too!). This book is DA-BOMB! First of all...READ the whole first part (before the recipes)...SO much good information! I have been doing LCHF for 11 months, and it's been HARD! I got fat and pre-diabetic by eating...you guessed it...DESSERTS! So, when I went LCHF, I tried to go "cold turkey" and cut out all desserts and sweets. (Many people say that is the way to go). Well, I couldn't do it. Of course, technically I COULD do it, but I missed my sweets and was miserable. Then I found All Day I Dream About Food.com. There are a handful of other good websites too, but Carolyn's is hands down THE BEST one I've found. This cookbook looks like it will be just an extension of that greatness. Oh, and the last part of the book where Carolyn tells how to rescue mistakes is PRICELESS. I never, ever thought of doing anything with my many ruined low carb baking attempts (but never have I had a recipe from Carolyn's other cookbooks or from her website fail) So, Carolyn...whatever you are paying yourself, double it. Whatever you are charging for your cookbooks...double it. You've made LCHF very possible for me, and for that, I TRULY thank you. (and just FYI, I was prediabetic when I started, now my A1C is much lower (in the middle of the "normal" range") and my Endocrinologist told me that I have the "labs of a runner". I'm 54, and slowly but surely I'm losing weight, and my blood sugars are totally fine now...no diabetes for me!

I have NEVER written a review for any cookbook but boy I must stop and write one for this. The cookbook is so elegantly put together. There is a picture for EVERY recipe. The pictures are beautiful. I can’t wait to start baking!!!!!

Carolyn does it again!!! I now have all three of Carolyn's books and I love them all so much I also have them on Kindle so I can plan my menu and have my shopping list at all times. This cook book follows suit with her other two books. Beautiful pictures, super easy to follow directions and all of her recipes in her book give all the macros! There are a lot of dairy free options in the book too. This book too is the epitome of easy! Most of these recipes can be whipped up in no time when you are craving a treat! My whole family is Keto so giving them desserts is very important in order to keep them happy and this book makes them very happy! My son and daughter have already looked through this and have lots of requests! So into the kitchen I go!!

Carolyn Ketchum does the BEST desserts! It's how I found her blog in the first place. If your low carbing and your missing desserts, here's the book for you. I can't wait to try the butterscotch pudding and the butter cake. I know if I need a dessert for a special occasion I can always count on a "Carolyn recipe" to come through. Her crockpot cakes are delicious and couldn't be easier! You won't be sorry! GET THIS BOOK!!

This is my latest cookbook (Easy Keto Desserts) and I think this may be my favorite of all my cookbooks! If you are new to KETO you will enjoy how she gives basic baking tips. She also tells you if you must use the sweetener she lists or if the food will turn out fine using your preferred sweetener. This particular cookbook has recipes for candy, frozen desserts, cookies and bars, puddings, crusts, sauces, and more. There are also some dairy free options included. This seriously is a game changer!

This is a very well written cookbook! Along with some absolutely delicious desserts there is a wealth of information included! Carolyn explains in detail how different ingredients work to have the most success with your baking! She also includes a lot of dairy free options as well and I have personally made many of these and I dare say...you'd never know they were! I have never had a fail with any of her recipes! She is definitely the Keto Baking Queen!

Carolyn Ketchum does a fantastic job of bringing good taste and good for you eating together in an easy to read (and lovely to drool over) book.Not only does she bring it! when it comes to recipes, she has valuable information on the Keto lifestyle, products, tools, and helpful tips and storage for each delicious dessert.

I just received Mrs. Ketchum's latest cookbook today. So far was only able to quickly flip through it but I think I would like to make absolutely everything in it. She is a fantastic cook and cookbook author. The recipes don't have mile long lists of ingredients and it doesn't take hours to make them. The pictures are beautiful and help so much to see what the outcome should look like. I am going to start off by making her brownies tomorrow. I have her two other books and thank my stars every day that I found her. She and Kyndra Holley make my days. All the other keto cookbooks I have come across just don't cut it.
